11/22/07 Happy turkey day!!!! What better way to celebrate the carnage caused to the indians by greedy europeans then brushing up on some Left Disgusted news. 1. Im going back into the studio to record one song that i will add on my debut cd the vault...it will be a hidden song (shhhhhhhh). 8/01/07 Hey everyone, I have been very busy with the band sorry its been 2 weeks since the last update. Here is what I have been up to.

7/19/07 Whats up everyone, I am back from Boston (best city in the world) and I have lots of info to pass along.

First off my debut cd "The Vault" is available right now with the two new songs I recorded. I have recieved alot of positive feedback on one of the new songs "Dont Ask Me Why". Make sure you check it out at www.myspace.com/leftdisgustedmusic Also when you buy a cd you get a free sticker and a friend for life (my sorry ass)

The shirts should be here in 2 weeks. I have had alot of problems with the design with regards to sizing it up and making sure it is right and now it finally is. The shirts will be $10 and I already have a good ammount of pre-orders so if you want one early email me at ron@leftdisgusted.com so I can put one on the side for you.

7/08/07 Hey everyone just wanted to update you all on whats been happening here before I go to Boston for a week to "Spread the Anger".

First off the radio campaign is still going great and I have been getting alot of feedback. i have about 10 more stations to add to the list that is playing Left Disgusted. The single all the stations are playing is "My Selfish Acts" so if you here it, let me know.

Also I have alot of t-shirts coming in net week. Once i get them I will put them up to buy on the website. The shirts design looks awesome. the cost per shirt will be $10.

Also I should be playing a couple of live shows in August/Septemeber time frame in the NJ area. I will keep you posted on the locations and dates.

6/06/07 Hey everyone, got some awesome news...my cd "The Vault" officially begins radio rotation today. I have been added to 42 radio stations on the east coast. I am in the process of writing them all down, when I do I will post them. My music promoter in NY said he is getting a tremendous ammount of positive feedback and that things will really begin to take off once the rotation begins. I am really excited.

Also I am having some shirts made up in the next week or so...I will keep you posted. And Finally I should have a new song for you guys up within the next week or so. I think you will like it. Thanks again for the support and stay tuned.

5/26/07 Hey everyone, just wanted to give you the latest news. Ok, first off my official radio rotation date is June 5th, I spoke with my music promoter in New York and he said he has received a ton of positive feedback, and that things will reall heat up once I am put into rotation. I am really excited check it out!

Also the new stickers should be coming in mid June. I will keep you posted and I am having some shirts made for you guys. The design looks really cool another big thanks to Brian Adrian BAdrian5@aol.com for designing the shirt along with everything else. I will post what the shirt will look like in a few days.

Finally I was in the studio last night and finished my two new songs. I should have them up on myspace in a week or two. I really like them, much more metal sounding then the others. I am trying to make everything song sound a bit different so you guys have a variety. One of the songs, "Don't Ask Me Why" will be featured on a compilation cd for Jersey Jam Records with some awesome bands like Twine, End of an Era, and many more...stay tuned.

5/14/07 whats up everyone...so much going on..where to begin...ok first, I am going back into the stduio tommorow to add 2 more songs to my cd "The Vault". The radio campaign is in full swing and my music promoter in NY is having his team pick "stress tracks" from the 8 song cd. Stress tracks are basically the 2 best songs that the majority of the team feels will have the most success on the radio. I will let you know what they pick...I am thinking "My Selfish Acts" and "March of the Unwilling" but who knows. I also am working on some college radio interviews in the Boston area in the June time frame. I will keep you posted.

5/1/07 Whats up everyone!!! Very busy on this end. My radio campaign is in full swing. This whole week I am getting press kits ready for a shit load of stations in Boston, NY, NJ, PA, and Baltimore. I had to put 300 press kits together which includes the cd, a bio, and a sticker. It took forever but its finally done. I am working with a major music promotion and marketing company in NY and I am really excited. I will let you know what radio stations will be playing my music. I cant wait!

3/07/07 Hey everyone, just a quick update on the cd...I sent out the design to the manufacturer and should have the lot of them in a few days... I will keep you posted. In the meantime you can check out www.myspace.com/leftdisgustedmusic and listen to one of the new songs, "March of the Unwilling"...its getting alot of positive feedback and will be on another Opie and Anthony video in a week or two. Once I get the cds, I will let everyone know.

Also another reminder, if you are interested in having us play in your area shoot me an email at Ron@leftdisgusted.com and we can try to work something out. I actually got an email from someone in Australlia so I must advise you that we can only play in the US...for now anyway.

2/26/07 Whats up everyone! Just wanted to let everyone know that the 8 song cd is finally done and should be ready for sale in about 1 week. The recording process can be very difficult in terms of the agonizing length it takes to complete everything, but I feel the final product is worth it. I will have the cd available for sale on this site on the home page and on my myspace pages. I am using Pay Pal as the purchasing agent since it is reliable and safe for you guys and myself.

Also I am working on the tour dates for the "Spread Your Anger" tour which should be happening in July sometime. 2/17/07 - Hey everyone! The site is finally up. Big thanks to Brian or setting up and designing this site. If you like it, and need something designed e-mail him at BAdrian5@aol.com The full length cd will be done by the end of february. I'll keep you all posted. The "spread your anger" two week tour will most likely happen in july, kicking off in Boston, MA, then to New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and ending in New Jersey. If you would like to see left disgusted play in your town, e-mail Ron@leftdisgusted.com to try to work something out.
